General Terms
In the event that your NIE Number application is denied for reasons beyond our control (such reasons could be: debts against your name, NIE Number has already been issued but not collected or has been lost within the past 6 months, failure to disclose a criminal record, failure to provide us with legitimate proof of NIE Number application requirements, forgery of documentation, etc.) we will under no circumstances issue a refund or provide compensation of any kind. If we are unable to obtain your NIE Number due to abrupt changes in the Spanish law, or other unforeseen reasons entirely out of your control, we will issue a refund of the total amount paid to Lawbird Legal Services S.L. (via the same payment method used) immediately. Please note that under no circumstances will further compensation of any kind be provided. Also, please note that we are unable to issue refunds once our staff has started processing your application, due to any of the reasons beyond our control stated above, or to a sudden change of mind of the applicant.
